Elgin is a business-friendly city! We are pleased to inform members that our downtown area has FREE PARKING ranging from one hour to all day.

- Street parking - FREE but is usually limited to 90 min.
- Public parking lot - FREE next to City Hall/Post Office usually 1-4 hrs.
- Public parking garage - FREE one block away, all day.
- Public parking lot - FREE across ETC entrance, below street level, all day.
